Looking for some help and guidance? Looking to hearn more and feel comfortable in a gym? Need someone to hold you accountable?

Your Gym offers personal training that can help you do just that and help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. We don't believe in a one size fits all approach, we configure the training to fit the client instead of forcing the client to fit the training.

We offer personal training packages for those who are interested in working with a trainer one-on-one or in a small group. A session can be 30 or 45 minutes long and can be scheduled one, two, three, or even four times per week depending on your specific needs and budget.

Contact us to schedule a complimentary personal training session. Afterwards we will talk about your goals, look at your body composition, talk about any biomechanical problems that could affect your progress, and discuss the options we have available and how they can help you achieve success.

Bio: Why am I here doing what I'm doing? Well, I spent the first 20 or so years of my life obese and after changing my life I've spent that last ten or so helping others do the same, to bring out the best in them and help them achieve their goals. I have a Bachelors in Health Promotion and Wellness, dual minors in Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition, am an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, and have worked in the field for over ten years. I dreamed of opening my own fitness center from day one, and with a lot of work I've been able to make that a reality. I believe in quality and professionalism in a fun and supportive environment. I am here for the long haul, and I am here to help you help yourself.

30 Minute Session: $30.00/Session

45 Minute Session: $40.00/Session
